In Libertytown, from the intersection of Highways 75 and 26, go 6 miles east on Highway 26 until you hit Buffalo Road, turn north on Buffalo Road and go 1 mile. The cemetery is on the intersection of Buffalo Road and Jim Smith Lane on the west side of the road.

Fairview cemetery is on the Frederick/Carroll County border, but is inside Frederick County.

This is a cemetery that is fairly new. The earliest burial took place in 1979, however the cemetery is neglected with trash in it. Most of the names are on funeral home markers, not headstones.
