Location: West Bethany Rural Cemetery is located in the hamlet of West Bethany, behind West Bethany Baptist Church, at the south-east corner of the intersection of West Bethany Rd and Brown Rd, right along the town line of Alexander and Bethany (technically located in Town of Bethany).

There are two cemeteries located here, both are frequently called, "West Bethany Cemetery". The other cemetery is on the other side of W Bethany Rd, and is much smaller, older and remains inactive.

This cemetery is owned and operated by West Bethany Rural Cemetery Association. Its first recorded burial was in 1859.
