Graham Road Cemetery is another one of the unused cemeteries in Spokane County. It is located on Graham Road between Cheney and Medical Lake. In the 1960s the new freeway cut through Graham Road leaving no access to this cemetery.

There are about 20 metal markers still marking the graves of those buried here in 1929-1935, with no identification left on them. The only known burials are of people that died in Spangle, possibly the Poor Farm. The cemetery can be seen from the west side of the Freeway at mile-post #266.
