From Panier, go northwest for .4 miles on Post Oak Road (Route 606). The cemetery is on the northeast side of the road next to a gravel driveway. The cemetery is enclosed by a brick fence.

This is a small family cemetery that is in good condition. There are two unmarked stones in this little cemetery. The burials are from the descendents of the Perry/Brooks Families.

This is all existing stones, from when I visited it on Aug 02, 2011.
