From Groesbeck go east on Highway 164 abt 6 miles to FM 1953. Turn left and continue north about 5 miles. The cemetery is on the right side and visible from the road.

This cemetery is owned and well maintained by the Prairie Grove Cemetery Association. New burials are being accepted. Contact number 254-562-6786.

I walked and read this cemetery in the spring of 2004. It includes all existing and legible headstones. * Indicates individual was included in survey conducted in the 1970s but not located during the 2004 survey.
