To reach this cemetery Cleveland from the intersection with Washington Ave, drive south on Hwy 59, toward Splendora, for 1.85 miles. The cemetery is in the middle of the highway.

The Riggs Cemetery is very well kept, located at the edge of some large trees. It has a nice metal fence around it. There are a few graves unreadable.

I walked and read this cemetery on Mar 05, 2008, from all existing and legible stones and markers.
