Location: Otter Creek Cemetery is located on the banks of Otter Creek, in the Town of Gaines. It's located on the south side of Ridge Rd (State Highway 104), about 1/2 mile west of Eagle Harbor Waterport Rd (County Rd 31).

Otter Creek Cemetery was established in 1888. It had been owned and managed by Otter Creek Cemetery Association, but today is owned and managed by the Town of Gaines.
