The cemetery is 3.8 miles SE of Beowawe on a gravelled road and an additional 6 miles from the Beowawe exit (# 261) on Interstate 80.

Probably all those buried here were members of the Shoshone tribe. The cemetery is in poor condition and apparently still in use. I counted a total of 26 gravesites.

This record was compiled in Sep 2004 from all existing and legible grave markers. Some newspaper obituaries were used for further information.
