Brotherhood Cemetery

Lat: 39° 59' 17"N, Lon: 74° 48' 23"W

Contributed by Elwood B Fritter, Jul 14, 2002 [efritter@verizon.net]. Total records = 1,736.

The cemetery is located on the Marne Highway and the intersection of the Mt Holly Bypass, also known as Co Rte 541. Turn east, left, off the bypass and the cemetery is approximately 100 yards on the right hand side.

There three different cemeteries located in this area, one is Sacred Heart Catholic, Mount Moriah, African American and the Brotherhood, which is a non-denominational graveyard.

I have transcribed all the stones that are readable, from the reading I took when I walked the cemetery in June of 2002.

Abbr:

WWII = World War II Veteran

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
