Start your trip to this family cemetery on Main Street, in downtown Lucedale, Mississippi. Head west out of town on Highway 198 west, traveling 1 mile. Here you will come to the intersection with Williams Lane on your left. Take this left hand turn and go .5 miles and the Rouse Cemetery will be located on the right hand side of the road.

The cemetery is surrounded by a chain link fence, and is in very good condition. There is an American flag displayed beside the front walk gate. The cemetery is owned and maintained by Norman, “Tom”, Rouse and his family. I want to thank Mr. Tom for letting me survey this cemetery.

I walked this cemetery on Oct 20, 2008. The information was taken from a headstone. This is a completed survey of this cemetery as of this date.
