From St. James, Missouri take Highway B near the St. James on Ramp going East. Follow Hwy. B to County Road 1060, turn north and the cemetery will be about a mile west then turn left at the next road and the cemetery is on the left. It is in behind the Flag Springs Church.

Flag Springs Cemetery is a nicely kept little cemetery. Nothing remarkable about it. Fairly new cemetery, established in 1946
