(Hodgenville map, Section 24-N-46 Carter coordinates, near the southwest corner of the section) The cemetery was near the site of Phillip's Fort, about a half-mile northeast of Hwy. 61 on the north side of Phillips Lane. The cemetery is now gone. It was one of the oldest in the county dating back probably to the 1780's. The cemetery was copied by Otis M. Mather on 11 April 1920 and is listed below.
