This cemetery is located in the NW outskirts of Martinsville on Hwy 40 at the intersection of Rupp Road.

The Gray Cemetery is small with a mixture of very old and newer graves. I was unable to find out its history or management.

I surveyed this cemetery on Oct 25, 2006. All tombstones are included.
