From U.S. Hwy 30 at Grand Junction, IA, turn north on Hwy 144. Travel 9 miles north and Paton Township Cemetery is located on the west side of the highway.

The cemetery is active and well maintained by the county. Besides this transcription, we found several burial plots that appeared to be occupied, but without markers.

This information was compiled by Donna Mills, Doris Stanek and I on Oct 9-10, 2006 by recording tombstone inscriptions. This includes all existing and legible stones and markers at that time.
