Juancito Cemetery
Campo Indian Reservation, San Diego County, California

Most crosses were painted white, while some were black and others blue.
A few crosses had ribbon stapled around their perimeters, pulled tight.
When the wind hit the ribbon in the right direction, it made a sound similar
to that of a didjerido, the Aboriginal music instrument. Walking about
the cemetery, you can hear this sound at different frequencies depending
on which direction the wind blew.
