Etoimamie Valley Cemetery
Hinchcliffe, Kamsack Region, Saskatchewan
Hinchcliffe, Saskatchewan
NE34-35-5-2
Contributed by Evangeline Mostowchuk, Oct 02, 2003, last edited
Apr 14, 2008 [van345@email.com].
Total records = 143.
From Junction #9 & 49, just east of Preeceville, turn north on
#9 highway. Proceed north approximately 7 miles to Hinchcliffe corner,
which is the junction of grid road #753. The cemetery is on your
left right at the corner.
This cemetery is for any of the people in the area. One didn't
have to belong to a specific church or denomination to be buried
here. This would include those who were not religious as well.
As the plate on the gate says, this is a cemetery for the 'Pioneers
of the District'.
This is a visual record of the tombstones in the cemetery,
from when I visited on Aug 21, 2003.
