Thurso is at the junction of highway 148 and 317 in the county of Papineau about 40 miles east of Ottawa.

This cemetery is owned and maintained by the parish Saint L'Évangéliste (Catholique) of Thurso. The register of the parish began in 1864, the first death in this listing is 1868.
