Directions: This cemetery is located on the Spokane Indian Reservation on Old Hwy 22, now known as the Wellpinit-McCoy Lake Road. Going west on Hwy 25 turn right just past the Enterprise Grange Hall and go over to old Hwy 22, located just past the Fruitland Bible Camp. Turn right and travel about three miles. Our Lady of Lourdes Church is located on the right of the road. The cemetery is located on the hill directly behind the church. You will travel all the way on paved roads.

Background: The real name for both church and cemetery is Our Lady of Lourdes, but as people will do it is referred to by many as Little Rock Church and cemetery. This West End parish is in the Spokane Catholic Diocese of Washington but the cemetery is maintained by the church.
