Directions: Located just south of Greenacres, the cemetery sits along the south side of E 32nd Ave, adjacent to the west of the residence at 17808 E 32nd Ave.

Background: Saltese Cemetery was officially established in 1892. Marked burials have taken place here as far back as 1881. There are likely unmarked burials going back earlier. The name "Saltese" derives from the Coeur d’Alene Chief Andrew Seltice who sold this piece of land, known now as the Saltese Flats, to Daniel Courchaine in 1878.
