Directions: Take exit 68 off of Interstate 5 and head east on Hwy 12. Head east on Hwy 12 for 2.6 miles and turn right onto Jackson Hwy (stoplight). Head south on Jackson Hwy for 5.7 miles to Spencer Road (flashing yellow light). Turn left onto Spencer Road. Cemetery is on the left side a very short distance down Spencer Road next to the St Francis Xavier Parish.

This cemetery is used and maintained by the Saint Francis Xavier Parish, owned and under the Associated Catholic Cemeteries Archdiocese of Seattle.

This cemetery is approximately 1 acre in size and was established in 1838. It is believed that this cemetery may be the second oldest cemetery of WA state with it's first recorded burial in 1839. However burial books and plat maps only dated back to 1875. From 1901 to 1932, the church suffered three major fires that destroyed a great many of the records that were available at the parish.

The oldest tombstone found was dated with a date of death in 1875. The cemetery is well maintained and kept in very good condition. Other names for this cemetery are Cowlitz Mission Cemetery and Calvary Cemetery.
