Directions: The cemetery is located along the north side of NE Cherry Valley Rd, adjacent to the Dougherty Farmstead home to the west. The street address above is for the Farmstead.

Background: A sign at the cemetery states it was establish and in use from 1885 to about 1905 when most of the bodies were moved to Novelty Cemetery, due to flooding issues. The sign also lists the names of 11 people whose graves are believed to still be interred here. However its possible as many as 40 people may still be interred at this location.
