Burial records for Saint Johns Cemetery, Grant County, WA, were transcribed by Pat Rice on 19 May 1999.

When the cemetery was revisited in June of 2003, rough measurements of the present cemetery were 190 feet east and west, and 220 north and south. Measurements were taken on the fence line, where the steel fence posts are sitting. There is no fencing on the posts. The adjacent farmer has left an untilled border outside the cemetery of about 6 feet.
