Directions: Located north-east of Castle Rock, along the west side of Tower Rd, about 1,500 feet north of the intersection with Basie Rd.

Background: Also known as "Shafer Cemetery". According to Lower Columbia Genealogical Society, "This cemetery is the last physical evidence of the town of Tower. It was platted on a hillside belonging to the Shafer family in the late 1800's, but was abandoned in the late 1920's because of the long climb from the road to the grave sites. It was officially deeded to Cemetery District #1, but the overall condition is poor."
