Directions: The cemetery is located to the west of Indiana Veterans Home, along the east side of Soliders Home Rd, at the intersection with Broadview Rd.

Background: The historic Indiana State Soldiers' Home Cemetery has been part of the Soldiers' campus since the Home first began accepting residents in 1896. The cemetery presently has 2,950 grave sites dating all the way back to the late 1800s and has several monuments donated to the grounds which are dedicated in memory of those who served their country. Placement in the IVH cemetery is reserved solely for the veterans and their spouses who reside at the home during the time of their passing.
