Located off of Rt. 21 just outside Mineral Wells, WV. It sits just to the left of the Press Box at the West Virginia Motor Speedway.

The cemetery is located on property that was once owned by the Stephens family. It is no longer in use or maintained.

This transcription was done on May 14, 2002 from a physical examination of the stones present, when I visited the cemetery.
