Take Rt. 2 North out of Parkersburg for about 7 miles to Bull Run Road. Turn left onto Bull Run Road and travel for about 2.5 miles. The Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church is on the left side of the road. The cemetery is on the hillside directly behind the church.

This cemetery is owned and maintained by the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. The church still holds regular services. The cemetery contains mostly older burials. It has not been used often in recent years.

In addition to the transcription there are 16 graves that were marked only with round concrete markers or rocks. There are also several unmarked graves.

This is a complete reading of all existing headstones when I walked and transcribed this cemetery on Apr 27, 2002.
