Mcie Cemetery
Hacker Valley, Webster County, West Virginia

Lat: 38° 36' 46"N, Lon: 80° 21' 49"W

Contributed by Zelma Fisher, Sep 26, 2006, last edited May 12, 2009 [zelfish65@yahoo.com]. Total records = 8.

This cemetery is located off Rt. 20 at Hacker Valley, on the left side of hodam creek. Go approx. 1-1/2 mile up keeping right and crossing creek. A small winding road turns left up the hill, best traveled by 4-wheel drive.

It looks like this is a family cemetery which no longer is being used.

Terry Fisher and I transcribed this information from all existing and legible stones in this cemetery in Sep of 2006.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
