From Hwy 23 turn east onto Hickory Road and go to stop sign. Turn right on Valley View and go .3 mile. There is a grass drive on the left that goes up a hill to the cemetery. The cemetery sits on a knoll.

This is a very old cemetery taken care of by Franklin Township. There are no current burials in this cemetery. The burials are listed at the entrance of the cemetery.

The cemetery is also known as Franklin Rural Cemetery.

I walked, copied & verified this cemetery on Jun 22, 2003.

    cemetery records

A free online library of cemetery records from thousands of cemeteries across the world, for historical and genealogy research.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
