The Desautel Family Cemetery is located in S32 R37E T29N on the very
Northern edge of the Spokane Indian Reservation. Go North on Hwy 25 from
Fort Spokane for approximately 4 miles to Peters Road, turn right and
in about 5 miles is the village of WestEnd. Turn Left on the Wellpinit/McCoy
Lake Road and go about 3 miles to Burke Road. Turn right and go about
2 miles where the cemetery is visible in the center of a field on the
right.
An excellent metal chainlink fence surrounds the four graves. There
are no headstones, just four wood crosses and a large wood sign reading:
