From Wilderness Corner, go 1.3 southeast on Highway 3 until you reach Orange Plank Road or Route 621. Turn there and go south for .25 miles until you reach Herndon Road or Route 600. Turn there and go .4 miles south until you reach Peppertree Road. Turn onto Peppertree Road and go .7 miles southeast until you see the cemetery. The cemetery is on the west side of the road.

This is a small family cemetery that is in fair shape. The interesting item about this one is that it has a Revolutionary War, War of 1812, the Mexican War, and Civil War Veterans buried there. The last burial occured in 1961 and the cemetery has two field stones in it.

This is all existing stones, from when I visited this cemetery on Apr 10, 2009.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
