Cemetery is west of Springdale Road about 600 feet southwest of the intersection with East 12th Street.

Plummer Cemetery is an intact 19th and 20th century African-American cemetery east of Givens Park. Its is separated from the main body of the park and a small new housing development (facing 12th St.) by a wooded area.
