To reach this cemetery from Chireno TX, drive about 4.5 miles northwest on SH 21E, and turn right or north onto CR 283 for about 2.5 miles. The cemetery will be on on the left side of the road, across from the church.

This church and cemetery were established as 'Sacred Heart' in 1925. On May 20, 1966 they were renamed 'Our Lady of Lourdes.'
