History: Adjoined the old Antioch Primitive Baptist Church, which was located next to Brushy Bayou Creek. The foundation of the old church building is now in pieces and scattered along the banks of the creek. The church was used 1870's to early 1900's. The cemetery is in poor condition, overgrown in briars & weeds. Cattle have destroyed many stones and mangled the three sections of antique filigree fencing around some of the graves.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
