To reach the cemetery from East Berlin, take Hwy 234 east about 2 miles, turn right or south onto Church Road. The cemetery is beside the church at the intersection.

This cemetery is well maintained by the Paradise Holtzschwamm United Church of Christ and the Paradise Evangelical Lutheran Church. The official name of this cemetery is Paradise Union Cemetery, but it may have been called Holtzschwamm Cemetery previously, owned by the church of the same name. (on some maps it is listed as Holtzswam)
