Moulstown Cemetery
Heidelberg Township, York County, Pennsylvania

Lat: 39° 51' 10"N, 76° 56' 05"W

Contributed by Bill Brick, Jun 08, 2004 [chairman@pa.net]. Total records = 29.

From Spring Grove PA, west on the Old Hanover Rd. (Menges Mills Rd.) 5 mi. to Moulstown Rd. Right on Moulstown Rd. 1.1 mi. to cemetery on the right, surrounded by a stone fence.

This is an old cemetery in the village of Moulstown, named after the early pioneer ancestors of the Moul (Maul) family. The cemetery bears the remains of the early Moul/Maul families and the descendants and relations. It is in poor condition, some stones unreadable, missing or damaged. Many of the inscriptions are in German.

I walked and read all existing and legible tombstones in Aug of 2000.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
