This cemetery is on the east side of Penn Street in Pennsburg, about a block north of Quakertown Avenue.

Saint Mark Cemetery was established in 1902 and is still active today. It was dedicated in January of 1906 and consecrated on Sep 16, 1906. It is owned and maintained by Saint Mark Lutheran Church and is in excellent condition.

I have included a map of the layout of the cemetery. It can be seen here.

The original data base was compiled in 2002 and the latest update is April 2007. All present interments are included. A booklet of the History of Saint Mark Lutheran Cemetery has been created. If anyone is interested please contact me.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
