This cemetery is located south of Grants Pass on Hwy 199 to the Wilderville junction, then 1.1 miles via Wilderville Frontage Road and Fish Hatchery Road. The only sign is a regular green street sign.

Wilderville Cemetery was founded in 1903, and is still active.
