Take I5 exit 30. West on Crater Lake Hwy past the Rogue Valley Mall. Head east on McAndrews Road. At the intersection with Crater Lake Avenue, head north. Go north several blocks to the light at Brookhurst. The church is on the corner of Brookhurst and Crater Lake Avenue, and has a very noticeable high pitched roofline.

The Memorial Garden is located on the First Christian Church property at 1900 Crater Lake Avenue, in Medford OR.

This cemetery was established by Medford First Christian Church in 2000. It is well-maintained by the church. The Garden is still accepting new placements of cremains.

Plaques are located on the Memory Wall within the Memorial Garden to indicate the names and birth/death dates of those who are placed in the Garden.
