To reach the cemetery from the center of the town of Floyd, take Soule Road south for some distance. The cemetery is on the east or left side of the road.

This small cemetery contains 6 legible tombstones, one footstone, and 5 partial stones with no inscriptions. The cemetery is on private property and does not appear to be maintained although it is fenced. All the stones are lying on the ground covered with dirt and leaves.
