Location: Garland Cemetery is located along the south side of W. Ridge Rd (State Highway 104), about 1/2 mile west of the intersection with Sweden Walker Rd (State Highway 260). It effectively serves the village of Garland, though it associates itself with the Town of Brockport.

Garland Cemetery was incorporated on March 18, 1868 as the "East Clarkson Cemetery Association". On June 7, 1940, it was reincorporated as "Garland Cemetery Association".
