Hillsboro Community Cemetery
Hillsboro, Sierra County, New Mexico

Contributed by Marilyn Poitras, Aug 14, 2000 [lavelle@zianet.com]. Total records = 251.

One mile south of Hillsboro on Hwy 27. One mile south of Hwy 152 and Hwy 27 junction.

This Cemetery is western style sitting on top of a hill overlooking the town of Hillsboro. There are many unmarked graves as the circle of stones once placed around the grave are long since gone. Then again, many circle of stones remain without any type of record of who is buried there. 07/31/2000

cemetery records

A free online library of cemetery records from thousands of cemeteries across the world, for historical and genealogy research.

Clear Digital Media, Inc.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
