In Nebraska City, from the intersection of highways 75 and 2, go west on highway 2 for 4 miles until you hit 56th Street. Turn there and go south for 3 miles until you reach “L” Road. Turn there and go east for .25 miles. Then you will see a farm on the south side of the road. Turn into the dirt/gravel driveway and go to the house.The cemetery is about 25 yards northeast of the old farmhouse.

This is an old family cemetery. The headstones were still up but to reach it I had to walk in prairie grass two feet high as well as in the cemetery.

The cemetery contains members of the Heuser family who farmed here in the latter part of the 19th century. The headstone of Ludwig Mueller is standing outside the fenced in area.

I visited this family cemetery on May 25, 2005 and read all existing and legible headstones.
