Contributed by Sandi McCoy, Jun 01, 2007, last updated Jul 20, 2007 [mlmsam50@threeriver.net]. Total records = 140.

The Union Cemetery is located 8 miles west and one mile south of Springview, NE on a minimum maintenance road.

This was once the cemetery for the Union Church, which no longer exists. It is maintained by the Union Cemetery Association. The cemetery is peaceful and picturesque as it is situated on the edge of the Niobrara canyons.

This includes all existing and legible stones and markers from when I walked this cemetery on Apr 14, 2007.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
