Total records = 3.
Take 401 South from Raleigh Turn left on Old Stage Road. Go approx. 1 mile
and turn right on Legend Road. Go .4 of a mile and turn left on Meadowbrook
Road. Drive all the way to the end and cemetery is 100 feet down path in
the woods between the last 2 houses on the right. Between address 6000 and
6004. It is on the right side of the path before the first fork in the path.
There are several sunken graves now unmarked. It appears that only
1 double sided tombstone and 1 single tombstone are left. It has been
vandalized and it is not kept up and is easily overlooked.
Wanda Ransdell and I recorded this cemetery July 4, 2002 from the remaining
tombstones.
