To reach cemetery from Pelahatchie Bay drive east for about one mile, turn left or northeast onto Hwy 25 and continue for 1.7 miles, turn right or east onto Holly Bush Road, contimue for 4.3 miles, turn right or south onto Haynes Chapel Road, go 1.3 miles, turn right onto Bowman Circle, cemetery on corner of Haynes Chapel Road & Bowman Circle.
The Bowman Memorial Cemetery is a family owned cemetery which was established about 1925. It is well maintained and still in use only for family burials.
