You will leave Lucedale on Highway 613, when you approach Agricola, Mississippi Highway 612 will be on your left. Take this exit left across the railroad tracks and continue East toward Mobile, Alabama. You will travel several miles coming to an intersection with Howell Tanner Chapel Road on your right, and Tanners Grocery on the left. Take this right hand turn and go approximately 2 miles, Midway Baptist Church will be on your left and the cemetery is located beside the church.

This cemetery is surrounded by a chain link fence and is well kept. There were a couple of unmarked graves in this cemetery. The cemetery belongs to and is maintained by Midway Church and its members.

I walked this cemetery on Nov 26, 2007, and the information was gathered using all existing and legible headstone inscriptions and temporary grave markers.
