Hwy 43 north from Kosciusko to Shady Grove Community. Turn left onto Attala County Road 3226. Pass Attala County Road 3223. Cemetery is on the left. It is not clearly marked. If you come to Attala County Road 3217, you have gone to far.

This is a small family cemetery established Aug 28, 1871 in the community of Shady Grove. It became the resting place for father and son after they were murdered. In 1995 it is again being used by family for burial. There are simply 4 graves in an open clearing, with no fence.

I walked and read this cemetery Jul 20, 2011. This includes all existing and legible stones and markers.
