The Benton-Treat Cemetery is located on Phelps County Road 4110 South of Rolla, Missouri. Take Highway 72 to Highway F, turn left on F and go to County Road 4110. A very small cemetery, well kept in a fenced in area along side the road.

Very sad cemetery, seems to be mostly children. There were about 9 flat stones that would indicate a grave but had no identifying marks. There are two graves covered and standing about a foot high, covered with large flat rocks, no markings. They are not large graves so I do believe they were also children.

I walked all over this cemetery on Sep 21, 2003, transcribing from my reading.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
