Wharton Chapel Cemetery, Heaths Creek Township, Pettis County, Missouri, Section 36, Township 48N, Range 20W, two miles east of Miller Chapel. Stones have been piled in pasture west of Frances King's house.

This transcription was originally compiled by J. R. Carter, and subsequently reprinted by the West Central Missouri Genealogical Society in 1997, as "Tombstone Inscriptions of Pettis County, Missouri : Vol 1, 2, and 3". Laura Paxton transcribed this work from these books.
