From Independence drive east on Hwy 24 to Waverly, MO. Continue driving east on Hwy 24 through Waverly, follow Hwy 24 as it turns south, go .4 miles from this point to the cemetery found on your left or east side of the road.

This cemetery is very well kept and completely fenced in. It does not have a sign indicating the name of the cemetery. I asked in town and they didn't know the name of the cemetery, so I chose Thomas, since that is the oldest grave with an existing stone. The 19 graves dating from 1825 to 1923.

This is a listing of all known burials, which I walked and read on Jun 08, 2007.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
